Randall Rodgers, DO

Dr. Rodgers, a Naval Veteran, is a 1981 graduate of the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has been in private practice since 1982, after completing post-graduate studies at Stephens Park Osteopathic Hospital in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Rodgers and a Board Certified family physician and Certified by the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians in Controlled Substance Management. He has treated and helped thousands of patients with chronic pain and routinely is called upon to co-treat difficult pain cases with other physicians. He is a Designated Doctor for the Texas Division of Workers' Compensation and is certified in the designation of maximum medical improvement and impairment ratings. He brings 25+ years of experience of family medicine, occupational medicine and pain medicine.

Bob Bennett, MD

Dr. Bennett has been treating patients in the east Texas area since 1988. After graduating as Class President from the University of Mississippi, School of Medicine, he completed his anesthesiology training at UT Southwestern Parkland Hospital in Dallas. His training included advanced fellowships in regional pain injections in Australia and France. After practicing at our local hospitals for nearly two decades, Dr. Bennett now serves patients at the CareFirst clinics fulltime including performing peripheral and spinal epidural injections for every degree and location of acute and chronic pain. He and his wife, Laura, a Tyler native, have two sons and are active in their church and Boy Scouts.

Jason Chastant, ACNP-BC

Jason is a board certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and provides pain management services to patients dealing with acute and chronic pain. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Health Professions (2001), as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2004) where he graduated with honors. He received his Masters of Science in Nursing and Acute Care Nurse Practitioners license from Texas Tech University in 2009. Jason has over 7 years experience in nursing and has worked in all aspects of patient care including intensive care, cardiothoracic surgery, hospital medicine and pain management. His interest in pain management developed after realizing the need and lack of accessibility to appropriate care to both acute and chronic pain patients. His personal interests include spending time with his family and coaching youth sports. He is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, American Association of Critical Care Nurses, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and American Academy of Pain Management.

Robert Johnson, NP-C

Robert has been a nurse since 1986 and received his Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech in 2006. He is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a family nurse practitioner. He has over 17 years of experience in emergency nursing. As a nurse practitioner, he has worked in the emergency department at ETMC, and at Trinity Mother Frances Direct Care. His personal philosophy of care is rooted in getting to know the needs, concerns, fears and desires of his patients, and taking all of this into account when planning their care. Robert brings his vast experience to CareFirst Urgent Care in Flint, TX. Robert feels blessed to be married to his wife, Shannon, and to be the very proud father of three incredible children.

Joseph Mitchell, NP-C

Mathew Mitchell is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who provides pain management services to patients dealing with acute and chronic pain syndromes. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts and Science from Texas Tech University (2005), as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hardin-Simmons University (2009). He received his Masters of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioners license from Samford University in 2011 with honors. Mathew has worked in all aspects of patient care including critical care, emergency medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, and pain management. He is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society and American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Chelsie Flores, DC

Dr. Flores graduated Magna Cum Laude from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas with a Bachelor of Science Anatomy degree, Bachelor of Science Health and Wellness degree, and a Doctorate of Chiropractic in September of 2009. Upon moving back to Tyler she established a private practice before joining the Care First team. Dr. Flores continues to promote healthy lifestyles through Care First Wellness where she adjusts patients and counsels them on topics such as diet, nutrition, exercise, smoking cessation, and a healthy nervous system. She is an adjunct professor at Tyler Junior College, teaching future health care professionals Anatomy and Physiology. She and husband Leo were married in November 2010, are members of Friendly Baptist Church, and love spending time with friends and family.

Amy Warmath, DC

Dr. Warmath was raised up north, but has called Texas home for over 15 years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University. Her education continued at Texas Chiropractic College, where she graduated Cum Laude as a Doctor of Chiropractic. Currently she is pursuing a degree to become a Nurse Practitioner to offer more services to her patients. Her passions are chiropractic, pain management and family. She and her husband of four years moved from San Antonio and are settling into Tyler with their two doggies.
